Any document without its own page. The most common, with the office that asks for them:

• certificate of free status or of no impediment (single status): the Comune marriage office, together with the nulla osta, to marry in Italy;
• certificate of citizenship or nationality: Comune, consulate or Prefettura, when a foreign citizenship has to be proved;
• medical reports, records and certificates: medical boards, insurers, INPS for disability, healthcare providers continuing treatment begun abroad;
• children's school reports and certificates: the Italian school uses them to place the child in the right class;
• employment certificates and references: recognition of professional experience, job applications, professional bodies;
• foreign tax returns and tax certificates: banks and CAF tax centres;
• vehicle documents: foreign registration certificates, for registering a vehicle in Italy at the Motorizzazione.
• official declarations and affidavits: notaries, consulates and public bodies;
• technical and court expert reports (perizie): courts, lawyers and insurers;

How to order a document without its own page

1. Choose the language pair: from or into Italian for English, French, Spanish, German, Romanian and Arabic, or between these languages.
2. Enter the number of pages with text and upload the complete document, including stamps and annexes.
3. We check the file and confirm pages, total and delivery date before starting. If the document has a dedicated page, we tell you.

What you receive

A complete translation, signed and stamped by a sworn translator who certifies it is faithful to the document received: legible handwritten parts are translated, illegible ones marked, stamps and logos described. The PDF arrives by email within 24-48 working hours for a standard document; for long or technical documents we confirm the timing before starting.

Price

25 € per page, as for every other page. A paper copy by post is optional; certification against the original, apostille and asseverazione before an Italian court are on quote.

Mistakes to avoid with a document without its own page

• Uploading only some pages: the complete document is translated, with annexes and stamps.
• Choosing this page for a document that has its own, such as a birth certificate or a diploma: the price is the same, but the dedicated page explains what offices ask for.
• Ordering in a language we do not cover: check the language pair before paying.
• Sending skewed or blurred photos: illegible parts cannot be translated.
