Sworn translation prices: one price per page

25 € per page, everything included: the lowest price we found

One price, per page, for every document and every language pair we offer: 25 € VAT included. On 28 October 2026 we checked the public price lists of online sworn translation services that sell per page with PDF delivery: the prices shown started at 28 € per page, sometimes with taxes added at checkout. With us there is nothing to add at checkout.

What everything included means

• The full translation, done by an official translator sworn and certified at a Court of Appeal.
• The signature, the stamp and the statement of fidelity to the document received.
• Delivery as a PDF by email within 24 to 48 working hours for a standard document: this is our normal turnaround, not a paid option.
• A check of your document before we start, confirming the number of pages, the total and the delivery date.
• VAT. No surcharge for the type of document or the language.

The price list

The quantity to enter in your order is the number of pages in the document: a one-page certificate costs 25 €, a three-page document 75 €. If you are not sure how to count the pages, upload the file and we confirm the total before we start.

What it does not cover

• The paper copy by post, which is a 15 € option.
• The apostille or legalisation of the original document, which you request in the country that issued it.
• Marche da bollo (revenue stamps) and court registry fees, which relate to the asseverazione before an Italian court and not to the sworn translation in PDF form (from €16 per 3 pages up to about €40, with an appointment at the court registry).
• Any application fees and consular charges attached to your case.

• A one-page birth certificate: 25 €.
• A driving licence to be converted: 25 €.
• A degree certificate with a three-page transcript of records: 100 €.
• Three one-page payslips: 75 €.

Languages

The same price for every pair we offer, in both directions: English, French, Spanish, German, Romanian and Arabic to and from Italian, and these languages between themselves. For any other language, write to us for a quote.

Recognition

For foreign documents used in Italy, the sworn translation meets article 33 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and, for public documents from the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/1191. These are valid translations, recognised and accepted by consulates, embassies, Comuni (municipalities) and chambers of commerce, valid for self-certifications at notarial offices across the EU, and used for applications to Prefetture, Questure, universities, the Agenzia delle Entrate and INPS. The PDF carries a digital signature recognised in the 27 EU countries. If the office asks for a paper copy or an asseverazione before an Italian court, you add them as options. Confidentiality of your documents

Civil status records, criminal record certificates, company documents: these are confidential documents and we treat them as such.

• You upload your documents on the website, over an encrypted connection and to a private address: you do not need to send them by email.
• Our translators have signed a confidentiality charter and are bound by professional secrecy.
• Each document goes to one translator only, the one in charge of your file: we never email it to several translators, and only the people strictly necessary have access to it.
• We never use an online machine-translation service (DeepL or similar) on your documents.
• Files are stored on servers in the EU and deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Documents are never sold or passed on to third parties. Full details are in the privacy notice.

For companies, law firms and public bodies

Translation for public bodies and institutions, with full legal value: company documents (Italian company register extracts, Kbis, articles of association, minutes of general meetings), court and legal documents, expert reports (perizie), public tender documents. For chambers of commerce, municipalities and prefectures, business law firms and companies in aeronautics, aerospace and defence: for volumes, public tenders or technical documents, ask for a quote.

Payment and ordering

Choose your document from our services, select the language pair and the number of pages, upload the scan and pay online. You receive the order confirmation by email and, if anything about the document is unclear, we write to you before we start.
